Organic farming has gained considerable popularity due to its emphasis on sustainable and environmentally-friendly agricultural practices. However, the success of organic largely depends proper post-harvest handling value-addition produce. This paper aims explore key aspects management for produce various techniques that can enhance marketability, nutritional content, overall quality. We will discuss importance handling, challenges faced, innovative strategies optimize potential in global market.
